Refund & Cancellation Policy

Automatic renewal
A subscription renews automatically at the monthly or annual price for the gym's active-athlete tier, as shown on the Pricing page, unless canceled before the next renewal date. No charge is made during a free period unless the gym owner has set up a subscription.
How to cancel
The gym owner opens Gym Admin → Billing → Manage billing and chooses Cancel, or contacts support via bark.fitness/support.
When cancellation takes effect
During a free period: no charge is made. For a paid subscription: no further renewals are charged, and access continues until the end of the current paid period. Afterwards the gym becomes read-only. Training history is kept and can be exported on request.
Refunds
Charges already made are generally non-refundable, including partial months or years. If you were charged in error, contact support within 30 days and we will review and refund where appropriate.
