What we collect
Account details (name, email), gym membership and role, training data (workouts, results, recorded maxes, notes), and billing details handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
How we use it
To run the service: personalized workouts, coaching views, results and progress, gym administration, billing, and support.
Who can see it
Each gym's data is kept separate. Private notes and private results are visible only to the athlete and the people the gym authorizes. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We use trusted providers for hosting, email delivery, AI features, and payments, only to operate BARK.
Your choices
Athletes can update their profile at any time. To request a copy or deletion of your data, contact support via bark.fitness/support.
Security
Access is protected by sign-in and per-gym permissions, and data is encrypted in transit.
